Sale terms and conditions
Article 01:
All transfers will be provided except in the event of severe weather conditions closing the main roads on the Côte d’Azur.
Article 02:
If one of our vehicles is unavailable, a similar vehicle of the same class will be assigned to the passenger.
Article 03:
All passengers must respect the reservation of their journey.
Article 04:
Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 1 hour before pick-up.
Item 05:
Any reservation not cancelled by email or message 1 hour before the journey will be invoiced in full.
Article 06:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and/or eat on board our vehicles.
Article 07:
All passengers, including children, must fasten their seatbelts at all times, without being asked to do so by the driver.
Article 08:
A request must be made at the time of booking for any passenger requiring a car seat. If you don’t mention it, and you don’t have your own car seat, transport will be cancelled and charged in full.
Article 09:
The customer must be reachable on his cell phone number 15 minutes before the trip.
Article 10:
The applicable fare is the fare accepted by the passenger in advance on the day of booking.
Article 11:
Pick-ups are made at the exact address indicated by the passenger.
Article 12:
Online booking made on website or by e-mail are only valid once you have received our booking confirmation.
Article 13:
TAXUS+ excludes all liability incase of an unreported error in entering information while booking.
Article 14:
Pick-up times must be respected. If you are running late, please contact us.
Article 15:
Any delay by the passenger on the day of departure at the scheduled meeting point is free of charge within reasonable limits, beyond which the trip may be cancelled and billed in full.
Article 16:
Pets are accepted in cages or hand luggage for small dogs/cats.
Article 17:
A request must be made at the time of booking for any traveller travelling with a pet requiring a protective cover. If you haven’t mentioned it, and you don’t have your own cage, transport may be cancelled and charged in full.
Article 18:
incase of flight or train chnage, it is imperative to contact TAXUS+, which cannot be kept informed other than by the passenger.
Article 19:
TAXUS+ accepts bookings via its website or by email for more than 24 hours. After this time, please contact us by phone or whatsapp.
Article 20:
Our drivers reserve the right to refuse any passenger on the grounds of abnormal behavior that could jeopardize the tranquility of the trip.
Article 21:
Any damage caused by the passenger in the vehicle may be billed.
Article 22:
TAXUS+ cannot be held responsible for delays in pick-up due to bad weather or traffic conditions.
Article 23:
TAXUS+ cannot be held responsible incase of missed flight or train due to a delay in pick-up or due to bad weather or traffic conditions.
Article 24:
TAXUS+ cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from delays in pick-up.
Article 25:
A declaration must be made at the time of booking for any bulky baggage. If you don’t mention it, and the vehicle can’t handle it, the transport will be considered unfeasible and will be invoiced in full.
Article 26:
TAXUS+ cannot be held responsible for any damage to luggage or fragile items during the journey.
Article 27:
At the end of each trip, each passenger must check before leaving the vehicle that he/she has all his/her luggage and personal belongings.
Article 28:
TAXUS+ is in no way responsible for objects and/or luggage left in the vehicle.
Article 29:
For all reservations, a deposit or full payment may be required on confirmation of booking.
Article 30:
Payment for a round trip will be made at the end of each journey.
Article 31:
For telephone bookings, payment by cash or credit card will be offered on board the vehicle.
Article 32:
Confirmation of a reservation or payment for a trip implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
